Lands End Charters has evolved over the many years it has been in business. We started by informally offering fishing trips on boats that our family members have owned or worked on for decades. Our family has been in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for over 60 years and we have always been involved in sport fishing. Our focus has always been on fishing….not on having the prettiest boats to offer. We have a long history of success and we consider ourselves a sport fishing company, with everyone involved in our operation part of our family. Our crews are the reasons you should book with us! THE LANDS END CHARTERS OFFICE TEAM

Greg and his family have a long history in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. His grandmother is a native of Cabo San Lucas and the Leggs-Gastelum family is well known in the area. After spending many years in the marketing business in the states, Greg decided to follow his passion of boats and helping others discover the excitement of deep sea fishing in Cabo. Greg works everyday answering calls, scheduling fishing trips and helping the business grow.

Jenny loves Cabo and recently spent her honeymoon at the Sunset Beach, Pueblo Bonito Resort. She holds a bachelors degree in health care administration and is responsible for managing all the back end operations. Jenny is responsible for the planning of your trip, communicating with the captains, preparing your confirmation and working with the team on making sure you have the perfect fishing trip

Mayra is a native of Cabo San Lucas who has worked for Lands End Charters off and on since 2016 In 2021 she returned and accepted a position as Operations Manager. She ensures that everything from inventory to bookkeeping is up to date. On her time off she enjoys travelling and seeing the world.

Richard comes to us from Brisbane, Queesland Australia. He has been living and working in Cabo since 1989 with his wife and 2 children. He is an avid fisherman who enjoys helping guests make the most of thier time fishing in Cabo.

Karina loves nature and recently graduated with a bachelors degree in Environmental Sciences, she is fully bilingual and helps guests with their reservations from the moment they choose to reach out to us through phone calls, email and live chat. Communication and organization is key in her role with Lands End Charters.

Adrian is 32 years old with very good english. He is responsible for face to face customer service, is responsible for helping guests board their fishing or yacht charters as well as serve customers in a professional manner. Adrian also helps us with organization through our online systems.

Marielena is responsible for handling all of our internal accounting and bookkeeping. She makes sure that all of our bills are paid, handles our local purchasing and ensures that our accountants have all the information necessary to operate within the local tax laws.

Joe helps our guests process thier fish at our fish processing center. He is fluent in English and enjoys interacting with guests and helping them plan for their fish to make it safely back home iwth them

"Don" Ramon is the person who is in charge of properly handling your fish once it arrives to our fish processing center. He is a master with a blade and has well over 20 years experience filleting and butchering fish for Cabo guests.
